Thursday: 60 minute cycle class
Friday: Four mile easy run
Saturday: rest
Sunday: Four mile easy run

  1. Hey, I wanted to tell you that I am really enjoying your posts. Your dedication is inspiring. I know I never got back to you about Ragnar, see, until about two weeks ago I was on a down hill slide with the running and working out. I know, excuses excuses, but I'm trying to get back in the saddle now. Glad you guys registered though, sounds like a lot of fun.

    Oh, I'm also enjoying your other blog too. I don't have enough security clearance to comment, so I'll do it here. Two words for you on the window break, WIFFLE BALL.
